  • Service charges will be free of cost for up to 10 years from the date of purchase.
  • Warranty on showers and accessories is limited to one year from the date of purchase.
  • Replacement of internal parts and cartridges will be free of cost for three years, subject to verification and confirmation of a valid manufacturing defect.
  • Warranty is valid from the invoice date for the period specified for the respective product, and applies only to the original purchaser. The original invoice must be produced for warranty claims.
  • Products must be installed as per OVID’s recommended installation guidelines.
  • Warranty covers only manufacturing, material and workmanship defects.
  • OVID may, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part/product. Replaced parts may be new or functionally equivalent, subject to availability.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accident, improper installation, or unauthorized repair, alteration or modification.
  • Normal wear and tear, breakage, scratches, discoloration and consumable parts are not covered unless specifically stated.
  • Damage caused by abnormal water pressure, unsuitable water conditions or aggressive chemicals is not covered.
  • Warranty does not cover transportation, shifting, dismantling, re-installation or civil/masonry work.
  • Service availability and timelines may vary depending on location, product availability and site conditions. OVID’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product/part and excludes indirect or consequential losses.
